Instructions to remove a user from the Message Board:

1. Go the the Administration Panel (when signed in, access to the Admin Panel is on the bottom of the forum screen)
2. Go to User Admin -> Management
3. Enter the username, press enter to bring up the user record.
4. Copy the email address (highlight and press Ctrl-C)
5. User Admin -> Ban Control
6. Enter the username in the first box, Ctrl-V in the IP box and the Email address box. Remove everything up to and including the @ in the IP box.
7. Click on the Submit button at the bottom of the page.
8. User Admin - > Management
9. Enter the username and press enter.
10. Scroll to the bottom and select the last box to delete the user.
